When you are creating, you switch off your logical brain and dial into the free flow focus of the subconscious. By thinking in lines and colours instead of everyday stresses you are allowing for a more mindful, ‘stress-less’ way of life.

As a certified Therapeutic Art Life Coach and working as an Illustrator and Art Director for the past 14 years, my love for art and my passion for a more mindful way of being, has come together to create the “BE MORE” way of life.

I use art to switch off and emotionally recharge. It is my outlet. I truly believe we could all benefit from a good dose of creativity and mindfulness in our lives.

Creating art will enable you to be more focussed and tap into that energy of life and thrive, one brush stroke at a time.

The Movement

The Be More Collective was born through the idea of connecting beautiful people, creating a movement of like minded individuals. To gather and create. Feeding our energetic, and creatively curious souls through art and healing.

Offering a collection of art classes and workshops in the Kent area, for adults and children. Together these classes help serve not only our social aspect, but our mental and energetic beings too.

Whether you are a budding artist or purely using art as a therapeutic tool to work through some emotions, we can all use creativity to unlock our best selves. My aim is to create and have fun whilst practising mindfulness and instilling a more relaxed and compassionate way of life for the next generation to pass on.
